Customer Service Officer English - German (Weekend)

For our client in Hasselt, we are looking for a customer service representative with a good knowledge of English and German.
As a customer service representative, you will work on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00, and on Monday from 09:00 to 17:30.

Your main tasks include:

• Answering phone calls and emails: responding to questions from customers and involved parties
• Gathering information and checking it for accuracy and completeness
• Providing technical support and communicating with workshops
• Keeping customers and all other involved parties informed
• Monitoring and verifying agreements with all involved parties
• Following up on all contract-related matters within the agreed deadlines

• Speaks fluent English and German
• Is customer-friendly and communicativeµ
• Has good PC skills

• A pleasant job in a traffic-free working environment
• Working in Hasselt, easily accessible by public transport
• You work 3 days, but this is considered a full-time contract.
