Training & Services Coordination Officer

The Training & Services Coordination Officer ensures the smooth operational execution of AHLEX’s training programs and services. The role focuses on planning, logistics, communication, and administrative support, while progressively developing autonomy and expertise within the training and services coordination function.

Customer service mindset, and good communication skills - Team player, Working in a problem-solving way, with attention to process improvement - Good organizational talent with hands-on approach - Comfortable with change and complexity, and working in a start-up environment - Relevant experience in training & learning is an extra asset.
