Internal Technical Support & Project Officer

• Act as a key internal point of contact for technical and operational questions
• Support internal stakeholders with systems, tools, and processes
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot recurring technical issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution

Project & Analytical Focus

Participate in internal projects related to process optimization, system implementations, and efficiency improvements
Analyze data, workflows, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
Support the implementation and roll-out of new tools, procedures, or solutions
Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for internal stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives

• Bachelor's degree (technical, scientific, business, IT, or similar field)
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in projects and implementation work
• Fluent in French and English, good level of Dutch
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented
• Proactive and hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
