Marketing Internship

Our Belgian marketing team is looking for an intern for 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝟒 𝐭𝐨 𝟔 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬. You'll set up campaigns and marketing initiatives alongside a team of experienced marketers who are genuinely there to teach, and to hand you real responsibilities, not busywork. You'll have the chance to support us across:

• Creating engaging content for Devoteam's social channels (LinkedIn, Youtube) - including video: filming and editing content that actually gets watched

• Setting up online advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads)

• Building engaging and interactive content on the Devoteam website

• Setting up and analysing email campaigns

• Organising and contributing to marketing events, from concept to execution

• Managing workflows and data in our CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation tool

• Leveraging the latest AI technologies to execute marketing excellence at another level

• Exploring modern B2B marketing and customer experience practices

You'll join our team meetings, work daily alongside colleagues who want to share what they know, and get support fitting this internship around your school requirements. This is a hands-on introduction to marketing tactics.

• You are a Master's student, studying Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics, or a related field

• You are fluent in English & French, or English & Dutch

• You have a strong interest in digital marketing and online communication

• You're comfortable with (or eager to learn) video content creation: filming and editing

• You have an interest in data and analytics (user behaviours), and don't mind digging into a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus, not a requirement)

• You're curious, people-oriented, and confident sharing your ideas and opinions

• You're interested in events, customer experience, and how marketing actually works in practice

• You're organised, comfortable taking initiative, and a problem solver

• You're flexible and open to attending events in person

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, PremierePro etc.) or Canva is a plus

• You have an interest in AI technology
