Microsoft 365 Consultant

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant, with a clear focus on Identity and Exchange (tenant migrations). You will join a team of experts that guides organizations through complex Microsoft 365 processes: from carve-outs and consolidations to complete cloud transformations.

• You are a trusted advisor to our clients and work on challenging projects such as:

• Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD)

• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, identities, workloads)

• Designing hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments

• Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs and greenfield setups

• Implementing Identity & Access governance and security

• Automating processes with PowerShell, …

• Advising on best practices in Modern Workplace and cloud-first architecture
You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• You have relevant experience as an M365 / Exchange / Cloud / Identity consultant

• You can perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end

• You think in terms of solutions and have a security-first mindset

• You communicate fluently with both IT and business stakeholders

• You are proactive and follow the evolutions within Microsoft 365

Skills: We are looking for a consultant with strong expertise in:

• Identity & Access

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Active Directory (design, migration, hardening)

• Azure AD Connect / identity synchronization

• Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection

Exchange & Messaging

• Exchange Online & hybrid environments

• Exchange migrations (on-prem → O365, tenant → tenant)

• Mail flow, SMTP, security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Migrations & projects

• Tenant migrations (M365 → M365)

• Cloud transformations and consolidations
