Starting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
Monitoring the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions or contacting the technical team when necessary.
Following production schedules and meeting productivity targets.
Performing quality checks to maintain high product standards.
Ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
Supporting daily operations on the production floor.
Following safety, hygiene, and food quality regulations.
Profiel
Previous experience in production or a similar environment.
Basic technical knowledge and an interest in working with machinery.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude.
Good command of English.
Availability to work in a 2-shift system.
Strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
Forklift experience or certification is considered an advantage.
Ons aanbod
Base salary: €15.47 gross/hour
Shift allowance: €0.67/hour
Meal vouchers: €6 per working day
