As a Sales Support for the medical industry your responsibilities are:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer-related issues.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
Profiel
A successful Sales Support for the medical industry should have:
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as business administration or life sciences.
- Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in the life science industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using SAP
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
