Customer Intelligence Officer

As a Customer Intelligence Officer, you will be part of Equans’ Strategic Marketing Team. You will work closely with colleagues from Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Insights. Together, you will combine customer data, customer feedback and market insights to create useful knowledge for our marketing and communication approach.

Within this partnership, you will connect customer knowledge with business opportunities and marketing initiatives. You will analyse insights from CRM systems, customer research and Voice of the Customer programmes and turn them into concrete recommendations. In this way, you will help marketing better respond to customers’ needs and expectations.

With your contribution, we will strengthen our customer-focused and data-driven marketing approach, positioning, messaging and marketing activities.

Zoom on the job:analyse customer and CRM data from Salesforce
develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
identify trends, opportunities and patterns within customer segments
combine data from different sources to produce clear and actionable insights
support data-driven decision-making within marketing
set up and coordinate Voice of the Customer programmes
organise customer surveys and interviews
collect and analyse customer feedback, needs and expectations
identify opportunities for improvement and changes in customer perception
translate customer insights into concrete recommendations for marketing and communication initiatives, commercial opportunities and support for account and sales teams
monitor market developments, customer expectations and relevant trends
provide insights that contribute to relevant messaging, content and marketing activities
collaborate with Digital Marketing and Business Insights to build an integrated view of the customer
collect, analyse and share customer, market and competitor insights to better understand customer needs and market opportunities
translate these insights into concrete marketing and commercial activities, such as target group segmentation, value propositions, campaign targeting, content and website optimisation, and recommendations for sales and account teams

• Come as you are, ideally with:some experience, approximately 1 to 3 years, in customer insights, CRM, market research, marketing analytics or a similar role
• an affinity for data analysis and reporting
• familiarity with Power BI, Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• the ability to clearly translate insights into recommendations and actions
• an interest in customers, markets and data
• a curious and analytical mindset, combined with clear communication skills
• you feel at home in a technical B2B environment
