Our client is an established industrial manufacturerspecializing in machinery for pharmaceutical solid dosage production. The organization supports global customers with both equipment delivery and long-term technical services.
- Install, commission, and qualify pharmaceutical processing equipment on customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in the field.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.
- Train operators and maintenance teams on equipment usage and best practices.
- Produce detailed service reports and technical documentation.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
Profiel
- Master degree Degree or technical background in electromechanics, automation, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in field service, preferably within pharmaceutical or high-tech machinery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in regulated environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Professional communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
