Transport Planner

Big player in FMCG sector.

Plan daily transports in the TMS system based on product availability and customer requirements.
Manage transport orders end-to-end: booking, confirmation, follow-up, and adjustments when needed.
Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively, including requesting spot prices when required.
Verify transport invoices to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
Prepare shipment documents and coordinate timely pick-ups with carriers (e.g. express shipments).
Collaborate closely with customer service, warehouses, production, and other internal teams to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.

Bachelor/master in logistics, economics or equivalent by experience

Affinity with transport & planning responsibilities

Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Strong MS Office skills
