Bar Manager (Knokke)

About the job This summer, Suspicious Antwerp opens a coffee bar in Knokke, and we're looking for someone to truly make it their own. You don't need to be a seasoned barista. You do need to really get hospitality, know how a smooth bar runs, and be able to organize the whole thing and keep it going. Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and proud of a clean spot, a happy team and happy guests. Not a cog in a big chain, but the person who runs the bar as if it were theirs: open up in the morning, keep everything flowing, lead the team, give guests a great coffee and an even better feeling, and close the day satisfied.

What you'll be doing

• Run the coffee bar day to day: opening, closing, and everything in between

• Lead and coordinate the team of students and flexi-workers: scheduling, briefing, and keeping the standards (and the vibe) up
