Computer Vision & Perception Engineer

What if the algorithms you build don’t just run in simulation, but actually see, understand, and navigate the real world?

At M-ECS, you’ll turn perception algorithms into robust, real-time systems that help make off-highway vehicles and other robotic platforms autonomous. You’ll work at the intersection of computer vision, robotics and embedded systems, helping machines understand their surroundings and operate autonomously in demanding industrial and heavy-field environments. You’ll be part of the team shaping the next generation of autonomous machines, turning bold ideas into technology that works in the field.

You’ll see your work move from algorithm ? machine ? real-world impact.

YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT.

As a hands-on Computer Vision & Perception Engineer, you’ll help build the perception capabilities that enable autonomous machines to operate safely and reliably in demanding real-world environments, from off-highway vehicles to other robotic platforms.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We’re looking for an all-round engineer who enjoys solving complex problems that don’t always come with a manual. You’re hands-on, curious and eager to turn ideas into working systems. You’re not afraid to figure things out along the way and shift gears when needed. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious tech scale-up, enjoy working as part of a team and take ownership of delivering high-quality results.

A master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, AI, Computer Vision, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in industrial automation, robotics or mobile mac…

MORE THAN A JOB.

Four reasons to join M-ECS:

Build something real. One day you’re coding, the next you’re testing a robot, or solving a challenge on-site. Work hands-on with real industrial robotic and mobile machines/platforms across the full autonomy stack, from sensing to perception to control. From the first line of code to real-world deployment, you’ll turn ideas into technology that makes an impact. Grow with a tech scale-up. Join a dynamic, engineering-driven environment where things move fast, ideas are heard and opportunities come your way. Take on responsibility early, work closely…
