At Bier Central Mechelen, we’re looking for a motivated kitchen team member who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to eventually take the lead in our kitchen team.

Your role

You’ll become a key player in our kitchen and help prepare delicious, high-quality dishes. Your tasks will include:

• Cooking meat and fish
• Preparing salads and cold dishes
• Baking bread
• Performing mise-en-place
• Heating dishes au bain-marie
• Maintaining hygiene and order
• Applying the FIFO principle
• Helping with dishwashing when needed (teamwork makes the dream work)
