Customer Service Representative

Your responsibilities:

• Customer contact by phone and email;
• Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents);
• Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files;
• Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC;
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners.

Profile:

• Excellent German required (min. C1 level); Fluency in English and French is also needed;
• You must have a bachelor or masters degree;
• You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here;
• You can reach the company easily (Zaventem);
• Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes;
• Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must.
• You must meet all requirements to be considered for this position.

Van € 2.600 tot € 3.000 per maand
