Customer Service Representative

Our client is a well-established international company active in the consumer goods sector, renowned for its premium products and strong brand reputation across Europe. To support their Customer Service team, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage the French or English-speaking market and act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and logistics partners.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take ownership of the entire order-to-delivery process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and the sales team regarding orders and delivery-related matters.
• Processing and managing customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Ensuring correct pricing, promotions, product availability, quantities, and delivery conditions.

• Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.
• Good knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
• Comfortable working with Excel and managing data accurately.
• Fluent in French and English. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
