DAY Shift Leader – food market Antwerp

Coordinate our lunch activities in our food stall on a food market in Antwerp. Committed to giving the best experience possible, delivering the Mission style of service.
Lead the startup, shift & handover of the lunch shift.
Help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food.
Operate the fryer, oven & BBQ during service.
Prepare, arrange, and garnish dishes during service.
Lead by example of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food & drinks, and engaging with customers.
Respect safety standards during the work & maintain a clean workspace and take care of kitchen tools.
Ensure all FAVV & HACCP regulations are followed. (From labelling, storing, FIFO and logging reports)
Cleaning and restoring everything for the next shift.

• Young and dynamic
• Able to coordinate small team of students & flexis
• Good level of English both written & spoken
• Good in communication
• Team player & trouble-shooter
• Min. 2Y experience in kitchen

• Start date: Immediate
• Salary according to PC 302 – Category 5 (€16.88/hour)
• Monday to Friday lunch shifts (10h – 15h30)
• 28h contract with no end date
• Based in the region of Antwerp
