Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

To support our growth, Joris Ide is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to continue to drive our online performance, generate qualified leads and strengthen our digital presence across multiple markets.

You will own and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize our acquisition channels and continuously improve performance. You will work closely with our communication and digital teams.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys turning data into growth and testing new ideas.

Your responsibilities

Digital campaigns management

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email)
• Manage online acquisition and lead generation initiatives (B2B focus)
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
• Manage advertising budgets and campaign planning

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Digital communications or related field
• 2–8 years experience in digital marketing
• Experience managing SEO, paid campaigns and social media
• Experience with data analysis and performance optimization
• B2B experience is a plus
• Technical skills

• Google Ads and Google Analytics
• SEO tools (Semrush or similar)
• Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• CMS and website management experience
• Strong Excel or reporting skills
• Basic HTML knowledge or curiosity to learn it
