Our client is an international leader in the retail industry, managing a portfolio of strong brands and operating across both wholesale and consumer-driven channels.

Define and execute trade marketing strategies across the BeLux independent channel.
Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget, ensuring ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement B2B and B2C campaigns to drive brand visibility, sell-out, and customer engagement.
Lead customer programs, loyalty initiatives, and trade activations to strengthen market positioning.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Digital, and Product teams to align commercial and marketing efforts.
Drive digitalization and enhance the customer journey through tools, platforms, and new ways of working.
Lead and coach a small team, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development.

Profiel

  • 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing within BeLux, ideally in retail, FMCG, or premium/luxury sectors.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive performance, and deliver measurable results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
