Our client is a leading Belgian FMCG company with a strong portfolio of recognised consumer brands and a clear focus on brand development and innovation. The Marketing team is looking for a senior freelance professional who can independently drive transversal projects and support the business during a period of transition.
As a Freelance Senior Brand Manager Innovation your responsibilities are:
- Lead brand management and innovation projects from concept to execution ;
- Drive product development initiatives using Stage-Gate processes ;
- Manage brand equity, positioning and strategic brand development ;
- Coordinate operational aspects of product launches, including packaging and labels ;
- Manage digital brand assets and coordinate processes with external agencies
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across projects ;
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and priorities independently ;
- Identify risks and anticipate next steps to ensure smooth project delivery ;
Profiel
A successful Freelance Senior Brand Manager Innovation should have:
- Senior experience as a Brand Manager, ideally within FMCG ;
- Strong expertise in brand management and brand equity ;
- Proven experience in product innovation and development ;
- Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar innovation processes ;
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills ;
- Hands-on and operational, with strong attention to detail ;
- Independent, proactive and able to anticipate and solve issues ;
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus ;
