HR Business Partner

About the role In this high-impact role within our matrix organization, the HR BP leads, coaches, and develops the local HR team in Turnhout, Belgium, while serving as a strategic business partner to the local leadership team and reporting directly to the HR Director. This position also offers a clear career pathway to take on a regional HR leadership role within the Regional Leadership Team within a foreseeable timeframe. Key Responsibilities This position operates on a hybrid work model out of our Turnhout, Belgium location.

• Develop, deploy, and lead the implementation of HR strategies supporting business objectives, corporate and legal requirements, including DE&I, employee wellbeing, leadership development, and employee engagement.

• Partner with European HR leadership, Corporate Functional HR Leaders, OD, and TA teams to deliver strategic HR initiatives and drive the effective implementation of the performance management system.
