Industrial Mechanical Assembler / Fitter (Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems)

Van Hool is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler / Fitter to join our production team, focusing on the assembly of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components for trailers and tankers.

This is a hands-on technical role in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Assemble mechanical components based on technical drawings
• Install and connect hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Fit and assemble brake systems, pipes, and structural components
• Perform basic electrical assembly (wiring, lights, junction boxes)
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Conduct quality checks and ensure correct installation
• Support production processes and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
