Let's talk business

As an International Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling MES-systems to B2B customers in the global growth markets of textiles and plastics.
You focus on medium and large enterprises, and you'll speak to strategic decision makers (owners, general management, IT and production management).
In the countries where you operate, you will work together with sales agents. You research the market potential of your countries, select quality partners with a good reputation, evaluate their activities and visit prospects whose doors they will open.
You are responsible for preparing offers, launching marketing campaigns and making presentations.
You participate in national and international fairs.
You think along with the customer and convince them that BMS is their suitable partner for their Industry 4.0 strategy.

Profiel

Let's talk you

You hold a technical or technical/economic Master's degree or you've built up equivalent expertise through experience, and you have a strong affinity with software-driven solutions.
Ideally, you bring around 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the manufacturing industry, where you have successfully positioned business operations or MES-related software.
You feel at ease collaborating with stakeholders at different levels and you have a proven track record in complex, project-driven sales environments with longer sales cycles.
You love to travel internationally frequently and you are interested in other cultures.
You communicate fluently in English, and any additional language skills, such as French, German, Italian, etc., are a strong asset.
Continuous learning energizes you. You enjoy negotiating, building long-term relationships and taking ownership.
You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management skills, all within a collaborative corporate culture where pragmatism, intrapreneurship and responsibility truly matter.
