• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Support sales with CRM and order administration
• Follow up on payments and administrative processes

• Sales-minded and highly customer-focused
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Digitally skilled with MS Office and CRM systems
• Affinity with technical or industrial environments

• Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
