For our support department, we are looking for a motivated IT student to temporarily strengthen our team during the summer months of August and/or September.

What will you do?

As an Helpdesk Student, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating support tickets based on incoming customer emails
• Answering customer calls using a predefined script
• Registering customer questions accurately and forwarding them to the right team members
• Providing friendly and professional first-line support to our customers

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree preferrable in an IT-related field (such as Applied Computer Science, System and Network Administration, Software Development, …)
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Any additional language skills are a strong advantage
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people
• You work accurately and independently
• You have a customer-oriented mindset
