As a Junior Blowerdoor Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out airtightness tests on a wide range of construction projects. This role combines technical fieldwork with customer interaction and technical advisory services.

Your responsibilities:

Performing blower door tests at residential homes, apartment buildings, retail stores, and other construction projects. Using specialized testing equipment to measure the airtightness of buildings and identify air leakage. Interpreting test results and preparing clear, accurate technical reports. The ideal Junior Blowerdoor Technician:

A junior profile with a technical background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Construction or another relevant technical field. Previous experience with blower door testing is not required. Motivation and willingness to learn are far more important. A strong interest in engineering, construction, and building technologies, combined with a proactive, independent, and responsible mindset.
