Your Role

As a Learning & Development Crew Specialist, your mission is to ensure that all crew members on our vessels receive the right trainings and certifications at the right time, no matter where in the world they are. This role is all about planning, organizing, and following up - not about designing or delivering training yourself.

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to) the following:

You plan and coordinate mandatory training courses for crew members worldwide, for the vessels and crew assigned to you. You ensure that all certifications remain valid and compliant with applicable regulations. You act as the first point of contact for any training…

To be successful in the role of L&D Crew Consultant, you should recognize yourself largely in the following profile:

You do NOT need prior knowledge of L&D or the the offshore industry, but you are willing to dive into it and become an expert in your field. Planning, organizing and keeping the overview is your strong suit! Preferably, you hold a Bachelor / MBO degree (or you obtained a similar level by experience) Eather way, you have some proven work experience where planning and organizing was important You know your way around MS Office in general and more specifically you have a good comm…
