Looking for an administrative role with an international aspect? Then this company in Machelen is looking for you! They are seeking someone to be fully trained in everything related to international import. As a logistics clerk, you will:
- Manage B2B contact with various logistics companies around the world, both by phone and email
- After completing a customs administration course, prepare import declarations depending on the type of goods, destination, and transport method
- Invoice import shipments
- Step in to support colleagues in the export department when needed
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist external parties during cargo inspections
Profiel
To be the ideal candidate, it is important that you:
- Are able to work fluently in English, languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Thai or Vietnamese are a huge bonus
- Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office package and some experience within international logistics
- It is crucial that you can start up fast
