NPI Logistic Buyer

Do you want to play a key role within our supply chain? As an NPI Logistic Buyer, you ensure that our engineering and production teams have timely access to the right materials for prototypes and new product introductions. You are involved in new projects from an early stage and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to help bring them to a successful outcome.

Your responsibilities: • You determine purchasing quantities based on demand, agreements with international suppliers and internal inventory guidelines. • You work closely with engineering, planning, warehouse and suppliers to align material requirements in a timely manner. • You build sustainable relationships with suppliers and engage them early in new projects to reduce risks and mitigate potential issues. • Based on the production planning, you place purchase orders and proactively follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure the timely availability of materials. • In case of deviations (late deliveries, delay…
