Sharp in Belgium (Hamont-Achel) is responsible for assembling, labeling and packaging pre-filled syringes, injection pens and vials. • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Proven experience in a production leadership role within a highly regulated and quality driven environment
• Experience in GMP & in a service-oriented manufacturing environment is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvements and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to translate complexity into structure and actionable improvements
• Confident in engaging with QA/QP stakeholders on content and decision-making level
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments
