Operator (3 shifts)

Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the packaging lines to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Converting machines, adjusting, and disassembling parts as needed.

Conducting inspections and responding quickly to technical issues (first-line intervention).

Working closely with forklift operators and coordinating their activities.

Ensuring a smooth shift handover to the next team to guarantee production continuity.

Technical expertise and experience with modern machinery.

A keen eye for the quality process and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a cool environment of 8°C (with warm work clothes).

Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and remain calm and focused under pressure.

Preferably living in the Dendermonde region and looking for a job close to home.

You communicate fluently in Dutch or English.
