Operator Bakery - Full Time Night

Manpower Bruges is looking for a motivated Baker for a warm and welcoming bakery in Ruddervoorde who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and work night shifts.

• What will you do?
• As a night baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious bakery products:

You’ll prepare dough for various breads and pastries.

You follow recipes closely, using the correct ingredients.

You process doughs with care and precision into high-quality final products.

You ensure proper storage of semi-finished and finished goods.

You keep your workspace and tools clean and in line with HACCP hygiene standards.

You work closely with your colleagues and report to the night shift supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

You have formal training as a baker or equivalent experience (passionate hobby bakers are also welcome!).

You work with precision, can take initiative, and are also a team player.

You’re comfortable with night shifts and available to work on weekends.

You have initial experience in the food industry and basic knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP).

You speak Dutch or English.

Working hours & benefits:

Schedule: 10 PM – 6 AM, including weekend work (in return, you get 2 days off during the week).

Salary: Starting from €16/hour for junior profiles.

Extras:

Night shift bonus: 20%

Meal vouchers: €5 per worked day
