Process Assistant - Metrology

As a Process Assistant (PA) in the Metrology Operations team, you will work directly with state-of-the-art semiconductor inspection and metrology tools, supporting recipe development, process monitoring, and day-to-day operational readiness.

Operational Excellence

Support day-to-day operational readiness of inspection and metrology tools Collaborate closely with First Line Support (FLS), Equipment and Process Engineers to ensure tool availability and stability Act as a technical link between Operations and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment Contribute to shift-based support structure and maintain process quality during 24/7 operations Support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence within the Fab Escalate and follow up on deviations in recipe behaviour or tool setup Tool & Recipe Support

• A bachelor in chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or similar industrial experience.
