Your responsibilities

Lead and support a team of operators/production workers (12–15 people)

Monitor and manage the planning of your production lines

Actively participate in the production process (packaging, quality checks, adjustments)

Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

Resolve minor technical or operational issues

Report to the zone manager

Profile

You work from 8:00 AM until the end of production (max. 6:00 PM) and are willing, if needed, to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM (max. 3:45 PM)

You have experience in a production environment (food industry experience is a plus)

You have initial experience in a leadership role or are ready to take the next step

You are hands-on and enjoy working on the shop floor

You are well-organized and able to motivate a team

You speak Dutch, French and/or English
