Production Supervisor – Packaging

As the Packaging Department Supervisor, you take the lead over several production lines where meat products are prepared and packaged. You maintain a clear overview, guide your team and actively participate on the production floor. Thanks to your commitment, production, quality and safety are managed efficiently every day.

Your responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of 12 to 15 operators and production employees on the shop floor.

Ensure the smooth operation of several packaging lines.

Monitor the production planning and make adjustments where necessary.

Flexible availability: you work from 8:00 until the end of production (maximum 18:00) and, when required, you are able to work the early shift starting at 5:00 (maximum 15:45).

Experience in a production environment; experience within the food industry is a strong advantage.

A first experience in a leadership role or the ambition to take the next step in your career.

A hands-on mentality and the motivation to actively contribute on the production floor.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Good command of Dutch, French and/or English.
