Quality Assurance Administrator

Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology firm bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde. In this role as Admin Support, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for:

• Managing batch-related documentation, including issuing, reviewing, releasing, and reconciling records.

• Experience in administration and handling complex tasks.
• Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in team and very solution oriented.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, or other similar softwares.
• The ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
