Real Estate Portfolio Manager

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and optimising the Eurofins network’s global real estate portfolio. The role focuses on driving footprint optimisation initiatives, supporting strategic real estate projects, reducing occupancy and facility-related costs, and ensuring accurate portfolio reporting and data governance across the network. The position supports business growth through effective real estate planning, financial analysis, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
