Senior Scrum Master (M/F/H)

We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an Artificial Intelligence tribe within a large financial institution. You'll play a key role in scaling the team's activities, including managing a transition of run and lifecycle management tasks to an offshore partner in India, helping free up local teams to focus on delivering the target vision. As Scrum Master, you'll be the go-to person for all things Agile: facilitating ceremonies, coaching the team, and making sure the Scrum framework actually works for the people using it, not the other way around. You'll also join a community of practice with other Scrum Masters across the company to share best practices and keep improving the way of working. What you'll do:
