Shift Coordinator

As a Regional Coordination Centre (RCC), Coreso plays a crucial role in coordinating high-voltage electricity flows for European Transmission System Operators (TSOs), ensuring the security of electricity supply on a regional basis. To support our mission, we are looking for a Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team, with a focus on efficient coordination and administrative management of Control Room operations. This is not an operator role but a coordinator that will ensure appropriate staffing levels, compliance with internal policies and procedures, and smooth collaboration between Operations, HR, Office Management and external stakeholders.
