System Engineer

What if the systems you engineer don’t just work on paper, but actually power, control, and bring real machines to life? At M-ECS, you’ll design and integrate the electrical and automation systems that make off-highway vehicles and other robotic platforms work as one. You’ll work at the intersection of electrical engineering, automation, embedded systems, and system integration, helping machines operate reliably in demanding industrial and heavy-field environments.

You’ll see your work move from idea ? concept ? system ? real-world impact.

YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT. As a hands-on System Engineer, with a strong focus on Electrical & Automation Engineering, you’ll help design, integrate, test, and optimize the systems that make complex machines work in the field. You’ll connect the dots across electrical, automation, software, hydraulics, and mechanical systems, turning individual components and subsystems into one reliable, functional machine.

ARE YOU THE ONE? You’re a hands-on Electrical Automation Engineer who enjoys understanding how things work, creating new solutions, and finding ways to make systems work even better. You don’t stop at the drawing board. You enjoy building, programming, testing, debugging, and improving real machines and you’re curious about what happens when your engineering meets the real world. You like digging into complex problems and don’t stop until you’ve turned your understanding into a practical and efficient solution, especially when there’s no obvious answer or manual to follow.
