About the role Our valuation Team is committed to provide expert valuation advice to a wide range of clients. Our licensed experts conduct reliable and detailed appraisals, whether for acquisitions or divestments, for accounting purposes, to renegotiate a loan, or simply to establish the market value of an asset or property Project. We are actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Valuation Expert to join our team in Brussels. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Undertake property valuations within a wide range of portfolios in Brussels and Wallonia. These valuations cover various asset classes and can include Loan Security, Institutional, and Corporate Valuations.

• Create quality detailed valuation reports, in various formats

• Prepare ad-hoc strategic advice within limited time frames, ensuring accuracy and informed forecasts.

• Develop and maintain client relationships aiming at building long term partnerships.
