Several years of experience in Digital Workplace, End-User Services, IT Operations, or Workplace Management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, device management, and modern workplace technologies. Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
