Freelance Angular Software Engineer

This large Belgian company plays a key role and manages an extensive and technically complex network. Behind the scenes, high-performing and reliable IT systems ensure that operational processes run safely and efficiently. Within this business-critical environment, significant investments are being made in modern software development and sustainable IT architecture.
You will join an experienced team operating in an Enterprise environment where quality, collaboration, and long-term vision are central.

You will contribute to the development and optimization of applications that support operations with real-time data & feedback. You will implement new features and improve existing modules within a modern frontend stack where performance, reliability, and usability are key.
You will also support the team with your technical expertise in Angular, helping maintain high standards in code quality, maintainability, and reusability. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX specialists, and product stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver robust and scalable enterprise applications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
• Senior professional experience with Angular & front-end development in general
• Experience in Java-environments
• 10 years of experience in IT
• You're a pragmatic team player
• You work in English and understand Dutch & French
