We are looking for a highly experienced professional to take on the role of Secretary for a specific certification scheme within an international environment. This position goes beyond administrative support and requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of coordination between participating companies and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple organisations
  • Coordinate and follow up on activities related to the certification scheme
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between all involved parties
  • Organise and support meetings, working groups, and governance bodies
  • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide structured reporting and support strategic discussions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the scheme

Profiel

  • Approximately 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar environment
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and inter-company coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex processes
  • Experience in an international or EU context is a strong asset
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals and decision-makers

Ons aanbod

  • Interim assigment with permanent contract after 6 months.
  • Fulltime job during office hours. If requested, parttime (6 hours/day) can also be possible.
