We are looking for a highly experienced professional to take on the role of Secretary for a specific certification scheme within an international environment. This position goes beyond administrative support and requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of coordination between participating companies and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple organisations
- Coordinate and follow up on activities related to the certification scheme
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between all involved parties
- Organise and support meetings, working groups, and governance bodies
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide structured reporting and support strategic discussions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the scheme
Profiel
- Approximately 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar environment
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and inter-company coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex processes
- Experience in an international or EU context is a strong asset
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals and decision-makers
Ons aanbod
- Interim assigment with permanent contract after 6 months.
- Fulltime job during office hours. If requested, parttime (6 hours/day) can also be possible.
